Membership runs from the MONTH you join for 12 months.
MEMBERSHIP TYPES:
ARTIST MEMBERS,ARTIST GROUPS and INSTITUTIONS must be,or consist of,artists committed to professional practice.Each
membership will have their own page on the BANA web site,with an image of their work,or logo,a statement and web link (optional).
GRADUATE MEMBERS must be full-time arts students or have graduated from a full-time arts course within the last 12 months;and must be
artists committed to professional practice.Benefits are the same as for Artist Members.At the end of the Graduate Membership period,Artist
Membership will be available at the current rate.
ARTIST STATEMENT:(not a CV)about your work,for the BANA website (maximum 300 words)to include:details of your image
(Title,medium and size).Send as:text in an e-mail or a Word document as an e-mail attachment or supplied on CD.
ARTIST IMAGE:a sample of your work for the BANA web site.Format:Jpeg file on CD or e-mail attachment or a
photographic print (with 'top 'clearly marked)
ARTIST GROUPS and ART EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
Name:name of person acting as contact.Statement:about your organisation can include contact details/method of contact.
Image:either your logo or an image to represent your group/institution

I confirm that I am in sympathy with the aims and objectives of BANA (Memorandum and Articles of Association available
on request)and agree to become a member of BANA and in so doing accept that I become a guarantor (see below)of
the company for the current year.I also agree that the details on this form may be held on the BANA database.
